The
Royal Hotel Restaurant is located on the second floor of the
hotel, reflecting the original style of polished floors, high
ceilings and ornate décor. Large French doors lead to romantic
tables for two on the balcony overlook the heart of Paddington
with a city skyline backdrop.
Sandwiched between the busy Public Bar and pumping Elephant
Bar the Restaurant is a regular eating ground for many locals
and guests who enjoy hearty dishes and simple yet attentive service.
The Royal Hotel Restaurant is renowned for its elegant modern
Australian cuisine and a wine list to suite the most discerning
diner (Good Wine List award Good Food Guide 2000). The
menu far surpasses the notion of comfort food and there is definitely
something for everyone. Known for its famous Fillet Steak
with Béarnaise sauce (accompanied with homemade potato
wedges) there is also a great selection of meat and variety
of fresh seafood specials and dessert favourites.
Bookings are now taken at the famous Royal Bar & Grill,
so book early to avoid disapointment. Set Menus can also be
arranged for larger parties.
